About Coach Tammy Gerber
Tammy is a Registered Nurse and Certified Trauma Recovery Coach whose passion for coaching grew from her own healing journey. Having experienced sexual abuse, infertility, miscarriages, adoption, chronic health struggles, perfectionism, and parenting a child with severe mental illness, she understands the deep impact of trauma and shame. Tammy believes healing begins by honestly understanding how trauma has shaped your story, embracing God’s unconditional love and your worth in Him, and using your story of healing and hope to encourage others.
After trauma, tragedy, and deep personal pain, it’s easy to lose sight of who you truly are. When heartache, comparison, betrayal, or past wounds begin to define us, we can find ourselves trapped in cycles of shame and disconnection—drifting from the identity God originally designed for us.
But trauma may shape parts of your story—it does not get the final word.
In this powerful masterclass, Nothing is Wasted Coach Wilma Kinsman invites you into a deeper understanding of the identity God calls you to live from—an identity not rooted in wounds, labels, or shame, but anchored in Jesus.
Through both personal experience and professional insight, Coach Wilma compassionately explores how trauma impacts our sense of self, how unhealthy attachments and shame distort our identity, and how healing happens in safe, redemptive community.
In Identity Restored: Reclaiming Who You Are After Trauma, Pain, and the Labels That Hold You Back, Coach Wilma will help you:
Understand the difference between wounded identity and God-given identity
Identify the false labels and shame narratives you’ve been carrying
Learn practical ways to live from your true, Jesus-anchored identity
If you’ve ever felt defined by your trauma, stuck in shame, or unsure who you really are anymore, this masterclass will gently guide you toward clarity, freedom, and restoration. You are more than what happened to you—and reclaiming your identity is possible.

With experience in hospice and various nursing fields, Wilma creates safe, shame-free spaces for those navigating abuse, betrayal, grief, church hurt, PTSD, and other painful life experiences. She believes that while trauma may shape us, it does not define us—the Cross does—and she is committed to helping others live from a restored, Jesus-anchored identity.

Whether you yourself are going through a loss or you are walking alongside someone who is, this class will help you have simple tools for engaging grief and the pain it causes.
Pain is an indicator.
It communicates to us that something is wrong. This is true of both emotional pain and physical pain. It is a message that causes us to react. When we touch a hot stove and feel the pain our first reaction is to jerk away.
Emotional pain has the same effect on us, however we must respond differently to this type of pain; we must sometimes keep our hand “on the burner” and allow ourselves to experience the emotional pain in order to become healthier. Stepping into emotional pain and grief, whether our own or someone else's, is difficult to do. And yet, it is the path we must take if we ever want to experience any sort of healing or be a source of help for those grieving a loss.
Jeff and Mackenzie Rollins are going to share with you:
What the grieving heart is experiencing: a inside look into the heart of someone who is grieving a loss
How grief changes over time: a glimpse of how grief changes with time for a healthy grieving heart
What the grieving heart needs: some practical tips on short-term, mid-term, and long-term care for a grieving heart
Grief circles: how to view loss and support a grieving heart
We know talking about grief can be difficult, but in a world where so much loss exists, learning to lean in to the painful parts of life for ourselves and for others is so important.
