Whitney Ontiveros

Childhood Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Identity, Fostering & Adoption, Parenting Kids with Special Needs

Whitney experienced sexual abuse as a child which led her to a longtime struggle with shame and dysfunction. Jesus came into her life, interrupted the perpetual trauma cycle and gave her a new identity and freedom to live into. It was in him that she found forgiveness for both what she endured and what she chose.

She has been married fifteen years to the man God has used in profound ways to bring healing to her life. Together, they are raising up five children, two of whom joined their family through foster care and were later adopted. She also embraces her role as a special needs mom.

Whitney believes that there is hope in every story. She is passionate about helping others process their own stories, wake up to their lives and step more fully into their God-given identities in Jesus Christ. It would be her honor to walk alongside you, holding a safe and supportive space on your personal healing journey.
