Parenting through Mental and Physical Illness, Traversing Pain with Adult Children, Sibling Loss, Suicide Loss, Unmet Life Expectations, Layered Grief

Tiffini’s journey has been shaped by profound loss, grief, and the challenges of walking through both personal and family hardship. As a wife of over 30 years and a mother of five—through both birth and adoption—she has experienced the weight of supporting her children through mental and physical illness, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and suicidal ideation. Along the way, she has also faced her own seasons of depression, health struggles, and the unexpected loss of her sister and other close family members.

Through her ongoing healing journey, Tiffini has come to understand the deep impact of unprocessed pain and the importance of acknowledging grief rather than burying it. As she has leaned into God’s presence, she has experienced restoration and renewal, discovering hope even in life’s darkest valleys. Today, she is passionate about walking alongside women as they navigate their own stories, helping them move toward healing, freedom, and a deeper understanding of their worth and identity in Christ.
