Wilma grew up in an Amish family, facing physical, emotional, and spiritual abuse. After two failed marriages, she embarked on a deep journey of self-discovery, learning to understand her trauma responses. As a compassionate RN, Wilma has worked in hospice care and various nursing fields, driven by a desire to help others heal. Passionate about creating a safe, shame-free space for those who have suffered, she believes that while trauma may shape us, it does not define us—the Cross does.
