Laura Shaw is a trauma-informed grief and recovery coach who helps women find clarity, healing, and renewed purpose after devastating loss and life-altering pain. Having walked through childhood trauma, marital betrayal, sexual betrayal trauma, and the unexpected loss of her husband, Laura knows what it means to rebuild a life from the ground up. As a mother of four—two of whom have special needs—Laura also understands the unique emotional, spiritual, and physical toll that caregiving can take, especially while navigating grief and transition.

Her journey through trauma, identity loss, and seasons of deep uncertainty has uniquely equipped her to walk with others through the messy, sacred middle between heartbreak and wholeness.

Laura is known for her warm, honest, no-pressure coaching style—one that gently holds space for truth but always points forward. She creates a safe environment where clients can unpack their stories, face what’s been buried, and begin to trust God again after betrayal, abandonment, or loss.

She specializes in working with women navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, faith transitions, and identity loss—especially those impacted by pornography addiction, infidelity, or relational trauma. Her approach is biblically anchored, deeply compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t erase our story—it redeems it.

Laura is a certified Trauma Recovery Coach, Grief Care Professional, and Christian Life Coach. Whether in the earliest days of loss or years beyond the event and still feeling stuck, Laura brings lived experience and Spirit-led insight to help you walk forward with honesty, hope, and purpose.
