How to Cancel Your Local Church License Subscription

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Member Login

• Navigate to the top of the Pain to Purpose website and click on “Member Login.”

2. Log Into Your Account

• Enter your login credentials to access your member dashboard.

• If you are already logged in, clicking “Member Login” will direct you to the Member Menu.

3. Navigate to Your Member Menu

• Once logged in, the Member Menu will display all your accessible resources.

• On the top of the left-hand sidebar, click on My Account under your profile name.

4. View Subscription Details

• In your profile, scroll down to the Billing section.

• Click “View or Cancel Plans.”

5. Cancel Your Subscription

• Locate the plan you wish to cancel (e.g., Annual Church License).

  • Note: One-time payment plans cannot be canceled since no recurring billing is attached.

• Click “Cancel” next to the appropriate plan.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.

⚠️ Important: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point access will be revoked unless renewed.
