Childhood Trauma, Depression, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Emotional Abuse, Family Trauma, Parenting Child with Special Needs, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Betrayal

Deborah’s journey has been shaped by complex trauma, including early life wounds, intergenerational patterns, divorce, betrayal, and seasons of depression. Through her own healing, she has come to understand the profound ways trauma impacts both the body and mind—affecting identity, emotional well-being, and the ability to feel safe and seen. Along the way, she has experienced the deep work of untangling her story and drawing closer to Jesus in the process.

With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, along with training as a trauma-informed coach and functional nutrition specialist, Deborah brings both clinical insight and compassionate presence to her work. Today, she is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they process their stories and move toward healing, helping them step into freedom, restoration, and a deeper understanding of their God-given identity.
